The value of networking

Quality is over-promised yet under-delivered. Calligraphic diplomas, gold-plated resumes, and newsworthy accomplishments are embellished covers that often conceal a bad book. Networking can reveal your authenticity and high quality of work.

When in need, we turn to those who can get the job done, regardless of their high-school degree, lacklustre resume, or non-existent social media presence. And we usually know them by their prior work, or from a network of friends familiar with their work.
