Finding and solving problems is one half of the coin. If you're bored or unchallenged at work, you should embrace the other half: creating problems.

Innovations happen every day: web frameworks, social networks, etc. A person formulates a problem and creates a solution. If others to agree with the problem statement, then they will also want the solution. Later, however, people forget the original problem while continuing to use the solution.

For example, social networks are used for very different purposes than for which they were created. Today, web frameworks don't make coding convenient like they used to; they are the norm for coding.

You can get more creative by creating problem statements of your own: cool challenges that would be fun and beneficial to solve. And then, share that problem statement with the world.
